Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HVAC Manager to lead our facilities maintenance team in delivering top-tier heating, ventilation, and air conditioning solutions across our manufacturing and industrial sites. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee complex mechanical systems, manage maintenance projects, and ensure optimal operational efficiency. As an HVAC Manager, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining a safe, comfortable, and compliant environment while driving continuous improvement initiatives. Your leadership will empower teams to excel in managing HVAC systems, electrical and mechanical components, and industrial maintenance operations. Responsibilities Lead and supervise the maintenance team responsible for HVAC systems, electrical infrastructure, and mechanical equipment across multiple facilities. Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs utilizing Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to maximize equipment uptime. Oversee the installation, repair, and troubleshooting of HVAC units, including programmable logic controllers (PLCs), schematics, low voltage, and high voltage electrical systems. Manage projects related to HVAC upgrades, system replacements, and facility improvements ensuring timely completion within budget. Conduct inspections of mechanical and electrical systems using tools such as ohmmeters and schematics to diagnose issues accurately. Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations related to electrical work, high voltage systems, and industrial maintenance practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on facilities management initiatives to optimize manufacturing operations and energy efficiency. When needed will need to go out and do the work needed on a job site. Qualifications Proven management experience supervising HVAC technicians or facilities maintenance teams within an industrial or manufacturing environment. Strong mechanical knowledge with expertise in HVAC systems, schematics reading, electrical troubleshooting (including low voltage and high voltage), and industrial maintenance procedures. Hands-on experience with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), CMMS software, project management tools, and maintenance management practices. Familiarity with electrical systems including high voltage wiring, low voltage controls, schematics interpretation, and use of diagnostic tools like ohmmeters. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams, coordinate projects effectively, and communicate fluently in English. Knowledge of safety standards related to electrical work, industrial environments, and facilities management regulations. Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. Join us as an HVAC Manager where your expertise will drive operational excellence!
