Responsibilities Greet guests warmly, present menus, and provide expert recommendations to enhance their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality Upsell menu items to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring guest preferences are prioritized Manage table settings, clear dishes, and assist with bussing to maintain cleanliness and efficiency Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities Ensure food safety and sanitation protocols are strictly followed during food handling and service Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate timely food preparation and delivery in fine dining or nightclub settings Provide exceptional guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns promptly, and creating a welcoming environment Assist with food preparation, food handling, and sanitation duties as needed to support overall restaurant operations Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially in fine dining or nightlife venues Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable for order processing and sales tracking Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that fosters guest loyalty Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Culinary experience or kitchen background is a plus for understanding food preparation processes Effective communication skills for guest interaction and team collaboration Basic math skills for cash handling, billing accuracy, and sales upselling techniques Experience with bussing tables, host/hostess duties, or nightclub serving roles is advantageous Demonstrated ability to upsell menu items confidently while respecting guest preferences Join us in creating memorable dining experiences where energy meets excellence!
