What You'll Do As a Lead Installer, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality installations while leading a team and setting the standard on every job. Lead residential HVAC installation projects from start to finish Install HVAC systems, ductwork, refrigerant lines, and components with precision and attention to detail Ensure every installation meets code requirements and our high-quality standards Train, mentor, and develop installers and apprentices Deliver a professional, positive experience for every customer Communicate clearly with homeowners, team members, and management Troubleshoot and solve installation challenges in real time Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites Complete job documentation and ensure quality control What We're Looking For 5+ years of HVAC installation experience Proven ability to lead a crew and take ownership of projects Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, installation best practices, and codes Commitment to high-quality workmanship and doing things the right way Professional attitude and strong customer communication skills Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Why Join Venice Cooling, Heating and Plumbing?
