Golf Course Maintenance Worker

Duties Perform routine landscaping and turf maintenance to keep fairways, greens, tees, and roughs in top condition Operate power tools such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and hand tools to trim, edge, and shape the landscape effectively Assist with irrigation system setup, repair, and adjustments to ensure optimal water distribution across the course Conduct regular lawn care tasks including fertilizing, aerating, overseeding, and pest control to promote healthy turf growth Maintain pathways, bunkers, water hazards, and other course features through landscaping and cleaning activities Support seasonal planting and gardening projects to enhance course aesthetics and environmental sustainability Conduct safety checks on equipment and tools to ensure proper maintenance and safe operation at all times Requirements Prior experience or familiarity with landscape maintenance, gardening or horticulture is preferred but not required; training will be provided Ability to operate power tools and hand tools safely and efficiently Knowledge of irrigation systems and basic lawn care techniques is a plus Strong work ethic with physical stamina to perform outdoor tasks in various weather conditions Excellent attention to detail to ensure high-quality course presentation Effective communication skills for teamwork and safety procedures A positive attitude with a willingness to learn about landscaping, turf management, and golf course maintenance practices Join us in maintaining an exceptional golf environment where every detail counts!
