Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily residential HVAC service operations
• Manage and support service technicians and dispatch flow
• Improve scheduling, productivity, and customer experience
• Handle escalated customer concerns and service agreements
• Monitor department KPIs, profitability, and performance
• Help grow and strengthen the residential service division ✅

What We're Looking For:

• Residential HVAC service leadership experience
• Strong operations and customer service background
• Experience managing technicians and field teams
• Knowledge of service agreements and maintenance programs
• Ability to lead in a fast-paced environment
