Job DescriptionBerman Kia of Lincolnwood is looking for a Service Lane Manager! As a Service Lane Manager you will be responsible for assisting with training, motivating and monitoring the performance of the service department staff. You will be responsible for writing up repair orders, maintaining above average CSI score and follow-up with guest issues or concerns to ensure customer satisfaction.
