HVAC Service Technician

Wicked Cool Air Conditioning is hiring an experienced Residential Service Technician. We are a longstanding, locally owned, licensed and insured company serving Southwest Florida. We stay consistently busy, operate in an organized environment, and maintain a high standard for detail, diagnostics, and communication. This position requires a technician who is comfortable working across residential HVAC systems, including: Split systems, package units, and mini-splits System diagnostics and performance evaluation Electrical and control troubleshooting Airflow, static pressure, and duct systems Condensate drainage and drain line management Line set evaluation and best practices Indoor air quality solutions, including filtration and dehumidification Identifying out-of-compliance conditions and clearly communicating findings to homeowners Component and part replacement Expectations Strong diagnostic ability with a methodical approach Clear, professional communication in person, over the phone, and in writing Comfortable using ServiceTitan or similar field software, along with email and digital documentation Organized, self-managed, and consistent day-to-day Able to learn product lines and system variations quickly Must have own tools; tool purchasing assistance available if needed Southwest Florida Experience Experience in a tropical/subtropical climate is strongly preferred Understanding of high humidity environments and dehumidification strategies Familiarity with drainage challenges, system design limitations, and temperature control issues common to this region Ability to diagnose and address performance issues What We Offer Top industry compensation Paid time off Health insurance 401(k) options Flexible scheduling Steady, year-round work Organized, well-run operation Additional benefits available Call 239-430-1685 Or apply here.
