• Full-time Join our dynamic team as a Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Senior Technician, where you'll be at the forefront of maintaining and repairing essential climate control systems across diverse properties.

This energetic role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of HVAC equipment, ensuring optimal performance and comfort for our clients. As a vital part of our service team, you'll diagnose issues, perform installations, and execute preventative maintenance with precision and enthusiasm. Your mechanical expertise will help keep systems running smoothly, making a tangible difference in building environments every day. Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC systems, including air conditioning units, refrigeration equipment, boilers, and ventilation systems using schematics and technical manuals. Perform installation, repair, and maintenance of HVAC equipment, ensuring compliance with safety standards and manufacturer specifications. Conduct plumbing and refrigeration repairs as needed, including HVAC/R (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning/ Refrigeration) units. Utilize tools such as ohmmeters and welding equipment to repair electrical components and mechanical parts. Read and interpret schematics to accurately diagnose system issues and implement effective solutions. Maintain detailed service records, logs, and reports for all work performed. Assist in property maintenance tasks related to HVAC systems to ensure continuous operation and safety. Communicate with dispatchers, CSRs, and Sales Manager multiple times per day. This is a crucial compnant of the role and a high level of communication is expected.

Punctuality:

Technician must be punctual to scheduled jobs and a high level of communication with customers is expected if running behind schedule. Senior Technicians have a minimum weekly quota of $10k in order to be profitable. Quota is flexible depending on call volume and depending on probationary period for technicians to learn our systems. Professionalism of the highest standard is expected. Friendly communication between coworkers is expected.

Good attitude:

Attitude is everything. A good attitude toward coworkers, customers, or strangers is expected. Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in construction or property maintenance environments. Proven 5 Years service technician experience in HVAC or related fields such as appliance repair or boiler maintenance. Familiarity with HVAC design principles, schematics, and field service procedures. Knowledge of plumbing systems, refrigeration techniques—and electrical troubleshooting. Ability to operate diagnostic tools like ohmmeters and perform equipment repair using welding or mechanical skills. Experience working with HVAC/R systems including air conditioning units and complex refrigeration setups. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience operating drivers preferred. Ability to read technical schematics accurately and follow detailed instructions for repairs or installations. Mechanical aptitude combined with excellent problem-solving skills to quickly identify issues and implement solutions efficiently.
