HVAC Service Technician

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial buildings.

Duties:

• Install new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
• Inspect and perform equipment repairs and replacements
• Perform routine maintenance tasks
• Troubleshoot HVAC systems to identify issues and provide solutions
• Work with refrigeration systems
• Read and interpret schematics to aid in troubleshooting
• Provide field service support as needed
• Conduct property maintenance tasks related to HVAC systems
• Handle plumbing tasks related to HVAC systems
• Drive company van to service locations
• Soldering and Brazing as required

Experience:

• Proven experience in HVAC maintenance, repair, and installation
• Ability to maintain and repair residential and light commercial boilers
• Proficiency in air conditioning systems maintenance

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and components
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
• Experience in field service support for HVAC systems
• Knowledge of property maintenance related to HVAC units
• Plumbing skills related to HVAC systems
• Valid driver's license for operating company vehicles
