Senior Product & Graphic Designer

Company Overview For over 35 years, Streamline Inc. has been the creative force behind whimsical gift collections and lifestyle accessories that "marvel and amuse." Our products are staples in major retailers and online storefronts nationwide. We are looking for a high-caliber Senior Product Designer & Developer to be the "idea engine" for our next generation of products. This isn't just a design role—it's a leadership position where you will shepherd unique concepts (from home decor to novelty toys) from a first sketch all the way through overseas production to the retail shelf. As a senior member of our creative team, you will bridge the gap between pure imagination and commercial success.

Product Innovation:

Research global trends and translate them into "must-have" giftware, stationery, and housewares with a signature sense of humor. Concept to

Creation:

Develop trend boards, digital renderings, and detailed product specifications for manufacturing. Use of AI platforms is necessary.

Global Production Management:

Communicate directly with overseas factories to ensure design integrity, material quality, and production timelines.

Brand Stewardship:

Provide art direction for all print catalogs and marketing materials, while overseeing our visual presence across social media platforms.

Collaborative Leadership:

Work closely with the Creative Director and inspire our art staff to maintain high standards of detail and style.

Responsibilities Experience:

5+ years of proven success in product design/development, ideally within the gift, toy, or fashion industries.

Technical Mastery:

Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, AI Platforms).

Strategic Eye:

You don't just make things look good; you understand retail marketability and how to translate "trends" into "sales." The "Maker"

Mindset:

Experience working overseas vendors and a deep understanding of manufacturing processes and specifications. Good Communications skills a must.

An outstanding sense of style, a sharp eye for detail, and the ability to think outside the box.

Pay:

$65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
