HVAC Technician

Air Conditioning Specialists, Inc. is seeking HVAC Technicians with 2-5 years of experience to join our dynamic team as an HVAC Technician and become a vital part of maintaining and enhancing the comfort, safety, and efficiency of commercial and residential heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. In this energetic role, you will troubleshoot, repair, install, and service a wide range of HVAC equipment, to ensure optimal performance across diverse environments. Your mechanical expertise and proactive approach will drive success in delivering top-tier service to our clients while advancing your career in a fast-paced industry. Duties Diagnose and repair HVAC systems, including air conditioning units, refrigeration systems, and ventilation equipment using schematics and technical manuals. Install new HVAC equipment Perform routine maintenance tasks, including filter replacements, system inspections, cleaning, and calibration, to maximize efficiency and lifespan. Maintain detailed service records, inspection reports, and logs to track system performance and repairs. Assist with property maintenance tasks related to HVAC/R systems to ensure safety standards are met at all times. Requirements Proven experience as an HVAC service technician with a strong understanding of HVAC design principles and mechanical knowledge. Skilled in the use of diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters and field service equipment. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; ability to operate a driver vehicle safely. Knowledge of property maintenance standards related to air conditioning systems and overall building comfort solutions. Strong field service experience with the ability to troubleshoot efficiently under pressure while maintaining safety protocols. Pay:

$35.00 - $40.00 per hour Expected hours: 35.0 - 40.0 per week
