All work is performed in newly constructed residential homes throughout the Pittsburgh area, working alongside some of the region?s top home builders. Candidates with mechanical aptitude, construction experience, or a willingness to learn a skilled trade are encouraged to apply.

Friday Pay:

Up to $20/hour BOE (higher pay possible for experienced candidates)

Growth Opportunity:

Key Responsibilities:

? Install residential HVAC systems in new construction homes ? Assist with ductwork, air handlers, and system assembly ? Read and follow blueprints and layout drawings ? Use hand and power tools including drills, saws, tin snips, and tape measures ? Work safely on residential construction sites, including multi-story homes ? Collaborate with team members to complete projects on schedule

Requirements:

? Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn ? Ability to use a tape measure and basic tools accurately ? Comfortable working outdoors and at heights ? Reliable transportation with ability to transport tools and a step ladder ? Physically able to lift, bend, climb, and carry materials as needed ? Construction, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, or HVAC experience is a plus ? HVAC or trade school education preferred but not required
