This is an entry-level opportunity for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and interested in learning new skills in a warehouse and shop environment. In this role, you will gather and prepare materials, parts, and supplies needed for upcoming jobs. This position offers long-term growth potential into fabrication, delivery driving, or installation support roles. Key Responsibilities ? Pick and stage parts and materials for production and installation jobs ? Read work orders and gather required inventory items ? Learn to identify HVAC materials and components ? Assist with organizing inventory and warehouse materials ? Use basic hand and power tools as needed ? Maintain a clean and safe work area Qualifications ? Ability to accurately read a tape measure to 1/16? ? Strong attendance and reliability ? Ability to learn technical prints and part identification ? Comfortable performing physical work throughout the shift ? Basic hand and power tool experience preferred Nice to Have Skills ? Previous warehouse, manufacturing, or construction experience ?
