Monday-Friday, 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM Same Place Everyday| Year-round stability | Career growth opportunity Job Overview The Shop Laborer - Picking & Packing is responsible for accurately selecting products, preparing orders for shipment, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace. This role supports efficient warehouse operations and ensures customers receive correct, well‑packaged items. Key Responsibilities Order Picking — Locate, identify, and pull products from shelves or bins based on pick lists or digital systems. Packing Operations — Inspect items for quality, pack products securely, and label boxes according to shipping requirements. Inventory Handling — Assist with stock counts, restocking shelves, and reporting low inventory or discrepancies. Shipping Prep — Prepare completed orders for carrier pickup, including palletizing, shrink‑wrapping, and staging. Essential Skills To succeed in this role, you should have: Previous experience working within a warehouse Strong reliability, including the ability to commute to Sewickley PA Ability to accurately use a tape measure (non-negotiable requirement) Comfort using basic hand and power tools Ability to work effectively as part of a team on active job sites Strong ability to follow instructions and established procedures Mechanical aptitude and a hands-on work mentality Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sewickley, PA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
