Duties Lead and supervise team members during your shift, providing guidance on food handling, customer service, and operational procedures Oversee food preparation processes including scooping ice cream, creating specialty sundaes, and managing toppings stations to ensure quality and consistency Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing and cash handling Ensure inventory control by monitoring stock levels of ice cream flavors, toppings, cups, spoons, and other supplies; assist with stock replenishment as needed Enforce food safety standards and sanitation protocols to maintain a clean and safe environment for staff and guests Train new team members on service techniques, food safety practices, POS operation, and restaurant policies Handle customer inquiries or complaints promptly with professionalism to guarantee guest satisfaction Support shift management duties including opening/closing procedures, cash reconciliation, and reporting Experience Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurants with a focus on food preparation and customer service preferred Proven leadership or supervisory experience in hospitality management or restaurant settings Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable Background in food handling, kitchen management, or culinary experience is advantageous Experience with inventory control, budgeting, or food safety standards is a plus Strong communication skills with the ability to train and develop team members effectively Demonstrated ability to manage shift operations efficiently in a fast-paced environment Join us as an Ice Cream Server Shift Leader where your enthusiasm fuels our success!
