As a key leader on the floor, you will oversee all aspects of store management during your shift, ensuring food quality, safety standards, and team performance are met with enthusiasm and precision. Duties Supervise daily store operations, including food preparation, serving, and cash handling to ensure efficiency and quality standards are upheld. Lead staff training and development, including onboarding new team members, coaching on food safety practices, and ensuring adherence to health regulations. Manage inventory control by monitoring stock levels, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste to optimize profitability. Oversee POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing and sales tracking. Ensure quick service by coordinating kitchen activities, managing shift schedules, and supervising food production processes. Maintain a clean, safe environment by enforcing sanitation standards, food safety protocols, and safety procedures. Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly with a positive attitude, and ensure guests leave satisfied. Assist with budgeting tasks such as labor management and cost control to maximize operational efficiency. Support catering or special event services when needed, including setup and food handling for larger groups or parties. Lead by example in fostering a welcoming atmosphere that promotes teamwork, hospitality management principles, and high-energy service. Experience Proven experience in food service management or restaurant supervision within quick service or fast food environments. Strong background in kitchen management, culinary experience, or food production is highly desirable. Demonstrated leadership skills with previous staff training, team management, or assistant manager roles. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for sales processing and inventory tracking. Experience in cash handling, budgeting, and inventory control within a hospitality setting. Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices applicable to casual dining or quick service restaurants. Prior experience working in a fast-paced environment like a casual dining restaurant or hotel food service is advantageous.
