Coffee Bar + Roastery Operations Specialist (Part Time)

•This is a year round role with schedule Monday-Friday (not seasonal, not short term, not weekends) Do you love coffee, love people, and love sharing great products? As a Barista + Roastery Operations Specialist at Lizzy's Fresh Coffee, you'll craft delicious drinks, guide customers to their perfect roasted coffee, and help them discover the brewing gear, mugs, and accessories that make coffee at home just as fun as visiting us. You'll also work hands on in the roastery, preparing freshly roasted coffee bags for customer orders. We'll train you in everything from espresso to pour-over — no prior coffee experience needed. What matters most is a genuine love for people, proven ability to learn, and enthusiasm for sharing great coffee, along with a detail-oriented, process-focused mindset that ensures every drink and interaction is top quality. Job Details Schedule:

Hourly 3-5 days per week, Monday-Friday ~16-20 hours Shifts vary 3-5 hours between the hours of 7am-1pm

Month of May 6 annual paid company holiday Core tasks: Morning coffee bar & retail customer service. Customer kindness, order taking, roasted coffee & equipment sales, & drink preparation.
