• Operates equipment (MF system and/or Whey pre-treatment) and records all pertinent data on the record sheet.
• Takes necessary samples to ensure proper equipment operation and compliance with Lactalis regulations.
• Work closely with the Quality and Food Safety Team to ensure the quality and specifications of the product are continually being met.

Skills/Abilities:

. Applicant must be detail-orientated and reliable. . Skilled in operating pre-treatment systems, separators . Able to identify and resolve issues in the fluids processing system . Must be self-motived and eager to learn. . Understands different systems (MF, HTST, UHT) Physical Requirements . Must be able to push, pull, lift and carry up to 50 pounds. . Be able to stand for at least 8 hours per day. . Must be willing to work over 40 hours per week. .
