Implementation Specialist

Overview We are seeking a highly motivated Implementation Specialist to join our team. This role involves collaborating with clients and internal teams to deploy advanced solutions, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, particularly in building new payroll setups , and demonstrate excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with internal and external customers to build a payroll platform that meets the client's needs. Responsibilities Lead the deployment and implementation of payroll systems tailored to client needs Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop detailed project plans and timelines Provide hands-on support during system installation, configuration, and testing phases Offer training and technical support to clients post-implementation to ensure successful adoption Document processes, configurations, and best practices for future reference Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to address technical challenges promptly and effectively Requirements Implementation experience in other areas, i.e banking, accounting, tax, etc., could be a good transition for this role in payroll Proven experience in system implementation roles Strong customer service and communication skills Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues Exceptional communication skills for effective collaboration with clients and team members Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail Willingness to travel as needed for client site visits and on-site support

From $19.00 per hour
