As our new IMS and Document Control Quality Technician , you will be managing and maintaining Grundfos's Integrated Management System documentation, conducting internal audits across all departments, and ensuring compliance with ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 standards. You will report to the Quality Manager, and work onsite out of our office in Brookshire, TX. What you will be doing As a key part of the Quality team, you'll create impact by driving continuous improvement and compliance across quality, environmental, and health & safety systems that support world-class manufacturing operations.
Your main responsibilities include:
Manage document control within the Grundfos IMS system — creating, reviewing, revising, distributing, and archiving controlled documents and workflows. Plan, coordinate, and conduct internal audits across Quality, Environmental, and Health & Safety domains, including line audits. Track audit findings, follow up on corrective actions, and verify closure to maintain compliance. Run reports and export data from IMS, SAP, and other databases into Excel to support management review and decision-making. Support alignment withISO 9001, ISO
14001, andISO 45001
requirements and contribute to process standardization and system improvements. Generate customer quality documents and provide administrative support to the plant quality manager and quality engineers. What makes you a great fit Above all, you are a highly organized, analytically sharp professional who is comfortable engaging cross-functionally, asking tough questions during audits, and managing complex documentation systems with precision. We would also imagine that you have: A Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of relevant industry experience in document control and auditing. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (including VLOOKUP) and experience with Power BI dashboards or similar reporting tools. Experience managing compliance documentation and working with database systems to gather and report on data. It is a plus if you also have: Experience withIMS, ISO
standards (9001, 14001, 45001) or a background in a regulatory field. Experience working with SAP. External ISO Auditor or Lead Auditor certification. Why you will love working here We care! The salary range for this position is $59,300 - $79,255. Individual pay will be determined based on market location and the candidate's profile. The range listed is just one component of Grundfos's total compensation and benefits package for employees. Total compensation includes paid time off, paid holidays, merit increases, bonuses, and employee stock purchase programs, etc. Grundfos salary rates are benchmarked and reflect the target for new hire salaries for the position in Brookshire, TX.
