Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and listen attentively to understand their vehicle concerns and service needs Prepare detailed auto estimates for repairs, maintenance, and diagnostics using shop management software Communicate clearly with technicians about repair orders, parts requirements, and timelines Upsell recommended services such as oil changes, tire rotations, brake repairs, alignments, suspension work, transmission servicing, diesel engine repairs, shocks & struts, air brake systems, and auto body repairs to maximize customer satisfaction and shop revenue Manage cash handling transactions accurately and efficiently Maintain thorough records of all service activities, customer interactions, and repair orders Provide exceptional customer service by explaining repair procedures clearly and ensuring customers feel confident in their vehicle's care Qualifications Proven dealership experience or automotive service management background Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in automotive diagnostics and repairs Familiarity with auto estimating software and service writing processes Experience with a variety of automotive systems including transmissions, oil changes, alignments, suspension, tire services, brake repair, diesel engines, shocks & struts, air brakes, and auto body work Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and active listening abilities Ability to upsell services effectively while maintaining integrity and transparency Knowledge of cash handling procedures and sales techniques Previous experience working with mechanics or in auto service management is highly desirable Embark on a rewarding career where your automotive expertise meets your passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
