In Home Care Attendant (CDS)

Job Overview We are seeking compassionate and dedicated In Home Care Attendants to provide essential support and care to individuals in their homes. The ideal candidate will assist clients with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. This role is vital in helping clients maintain their independence while receiving the care they need. Responsibilities Assist clients with personal hygiene tasks, including bathing, grooming, and dressing. Help with meal preparation and ensure proper nutrition for clients. Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring safety while moving around the home. Perform light housekeeping duties such as laundry, cleaning, and organizing living spaces. Skills Strong interpersonal skills with a compassionate approach to care giving. Ability to follow instructions and adhere to care plans tailored for each client. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Basic knowledge of hygiene practices and safety protocols in a home care setting. Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude towards helping others. Previous experience in care giving or related fields is preferred but not required.
