Scholarship This is a full-time position, scheduled 8 hour shifts Monday to Friday during the centers operational hours. The hourly pay rate is $14.50 - 15.50, based on experience and qualifications. This position is situated at our center located at 1108 Peachtree Street, CocoaFL 32922.
The Infant /Toddler Teacher plans and implements curriculum, serves as a model and mentor, and coordinates engaging developmental activities for children aged 6 weeks to 1 years old. You'll have the opportunity to build a dynamic classroom environment, create fun-filled learning activities, and support the growth and success of children. What We Need fromYou:
High School Diploma and/or degree in Early Childhood Education or related field of study preferredFL DCF 45

At least 1-3 years of professional early childhood training/experience Ability to write a lesson plan based on our curriculum "Beyond Learning" CPR Certification and First Aid Certifications plusWhat You'll Do:
Coordinate and implement educational curriculum by developing classroom activities based on developmentally appropriate practices and early learning standards Lead by example and encourage teaching team success through modeling and coaching Plan individual and group age-appropriate activities to engage children and encourage social, cognitive, and emotional growth Follow all program policies and state regulations Maintain a personal professional development plan to ensure continuous quality improvement Britt Children's Academy is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
