Job Description

Position Summary Sharpvue is seeking a motivated, organized, and customer focused Inside Sales Representative to support revenue growth, dealer engagement, and day to day sales operations. This role works closely with the Chief Revenue Officer and field Account Executives to strengthen dealer relationships, grow house accounts, and expand channel opportunities across both direct and channel sales. The Inside Sales Representative will play a key role in supporting dealer development, managing assigned accounts, driving outbound business development efforts, and ensuring strong coordination between sales, operations, and customer success teams. The ideal candidate is energetic, professional, detail-oriented, and comfortable balancing sales activity, partner support, and administrative coordination in a fast-paced environment. Key ResponsibilitiesAccount & Dealer Support
  • Manage and grow assigned local and house accounts for Sharpvue
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries, quotes, proposals, and follow-up communication
  • Build strong relationships with dealers, end users, and channel partners
  • Support account retention and identify upsell and expansion opportunities Dealer Development
  • Conduct virtual sales presentations for dealers
  • Deliver product demonstrations, onboarding sessions, and training webinars
  • Educate partners on Sharpvue solutions, applications, and competitive advantages
  • Support dealer activation, engagement, and pipeline development Outbound Business Development
  • Conduct outbound calls, email campaigns, and strategic follow-up outreach to: ○ Dealers ○ Existing customers ○ Prospective strategic partners
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities to support revenue growth Sales Operations Support
  • Assist the Chief Revenue Officer and Account Executives with: ○ Lead qualification ○ Proposal generation ○ CRM management ○ Pipeline updates ○ Follow-up communications ○ Scheduling demos and meetings ○ Quote and order coordination Internal Coordination
  • Work cross functionally with operations, deployment, and customer service teams
  • Help ensure smooth handoff from sale to implementation
  • Support overall customer satisfaction and successful project execution Qualifications Required
  • 2+ years of experience in inside sales, sales support, account management, or channel sales
  • Strong phone, video conferencing platforms, and email communication skills
  • Highly organized with strong follow through and attention to detail
  • CRM experience (preferably HubSpot)
  • Comfortable presenting to customers and business partners
  • Self starter with strong energy, professionalism, and accountability Preferred
  • Experience in security technology, surveillance, SaaS, telecom, or channel sales
  • Experience supporting dealer and reseller partner networks
  • Construction, security integrator, or commercial B2B sales exposure

Pay:
$50,283.91 - $60,000.00 per year
