Job Description

Do you have extensive experience in the sales of commercial door and hardware products? USA Fire Door is seeking a National Sales Manager who can train, manage and help our team of inside sales professionals close more deals.
About USA Fire Door:
USA Fire Door is a nationwide leader in commercial door and hardware distribution. We generate a steady stream of high-quality leads and supply projects across all 50 states. We're looking for a high-level sales professional to drive revenue growth while playing a key role in developing and strengthening our sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead by example in sales performance, driving high-value commercial door and hardware projects. Mentor and train less-experienced team members, sharing industry knowledge and best practices. Provide expert consultation on fire-rated doors, hollow metal doors, commercial wood doors, and commercial door hardware solutions. Interpret project specifications, blueprints, and compliance requirements to ensure accurate product recommendations. Develop and maintain strong relationships with general contractors, architects, and facility managers. Contribute to process improvements and strategic initiatives to enhance team efficiency.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 10 years of experience in commercial door and hardware sales. The ability to train, mentor and nourish sales professionals. Extensive product knowledge about hollow metal doors and frames, commercial wood doors, commercial door hardware and commercial glazing materials. The ability to interpret and teach others to interpret building plans, specifications, door and hardware schedules. Strong leadership and coaching skills with a passion for helping others succeed. Desire and ability to step in and close deals when a sales person needs advanced support. Strong, confident and respectable personality. Someone who leads by example.
