$35.00 - $40.00 per hour.

37.5 hours per week About the Role We are seeking an experienced Personal Lines Insurance Agent to join our collaborative team. In this role, you will work alongside our staff to provide high-level advisory services and policy management for our agency's clients. Work-Life Balance:

A consistent 37.5-hour work week allows for a predictable and manageable schedule. Hours Mon-Fri, 8:00-4:30 (lunch from 12:00-1:00).

Key Responsibilities Client Advisory:

Handle incoming inquiries to provide expert advice on personal lines policies (home, auto, umbrella, etc.).

Account Servicing:

Manage renewals, process policy endorsements, and handle billing or coverage questions.

Market Analysis:

Remarket accounts when necessary to ensure clients maintain the best coverage at the most competitive rates.

Quality Control:

Maintain accurate documentation and ensure all policy changes are processed with a high degree of detail.

Qualifications Licensed:

An active P&C (Property & Casualty) license is required.

Industry Experience:

3+ years of experience in Personal Lines insurance.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency with Agency Management Systems and comparative raters.

Team Player:

A desire to work in an environment where we all work together to service the same client base.

Communication:

Strong verbal and written skills for professional client interaction.

Pay:

$35.00 - $40.00 per hour
