Intellectual Disabilities- Licensed Practical Nurse

Key Human Services, a subsidiary of Keystone Human Services, is currently seeking Licensed Practical Nurses to join our team in providing individualized, person-directed support in the area of intellectual and developmental disabilities. Our work focuses on inclusion and building communities where everyone has the opportunity to thrive and fully participate in everything society has to offer. As a Licensed Practical Nurses you will be providing the nursing processes of assessment, planning, intervention and evaluation. This is to be done as a member of the interdisciplinary treatment team, and has the goal of assisting residents to assume responsibility for their own health. The nurse coordinates and monitors medical services, including psychiatric and medication services, in accordance with regulatory agencies and in response to individual resident needs Keystone Human Services values health, wellbeing, and professional growth. Job Details:

Casual, Part time, and Full Time non-exempt position $26.00 per hour, may increase with nursing experience specific to intellectual and developmental disabilities

Qualifications:
