At Panacea Wellness, we provide the highest-grade, locally sourced cannabis products for Massachusetts medical patients.
Responsibilities:
Inventory Maintenance:
Receive and inspect incoming shipments, verifying accuracy against invoices and ensuring proper documentation. Assist in the organization and maintenance of the overall inventory holding areas. Perform routine inventory cycles to ensure accuracy of stock.Physical Inventory Processing:
Play a vital role in the preparation and processing of physical inventory. Collaborate with team members to accurately record inventory levels and update databases or systems accordingly. Implement efficient stock rotation practices to minimize product expiration and waste.Merchandising Support:
Assist in generating and analyzing merchandising reports to optimize inventory levels. Work closely with the merchandising to ensure products are appropriately stocked and presented.Cleanliness and Organization:
Implement and uphold standard operating procedures for inventory cleanliness and organization to ensure efficient stock retrieval and enhance overall operational efficiency.Essential Skills:

High school diploma or equivalent. Must be 21 years of age or older Previous experience in inventory management or related field is preferred. Proficient computer skills. Ability to lift and move heavy items as needed.Job Types:
