Purpose:
Ensures, tracks and records the virtual movement and transaction of materials through the ERP system to match actions on the production floor.
Essential duties:
Performs Hard allocation of work orders Performs Final reporting of work orders Moving, storing, and handling materials within facility. Cycle counting, performing audits to ensure records match physical products. Reporting any discrepancies between recorded and available products to management. Keeping track of the number of products available. Proficient on PC completing transactions. Printing Work Orders. Preferred Knowledge of, Skill and/or Ability to: Strong organizational skills, blueprint reading and some materials background. Technical knowledge of manufacturing processes and systems. Strong computer skills, with knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Access. Perform hands on, detail-oriented work Function independently as well as part of a team Communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing Must be safety oriented and follow all safety and plant rules and regulations Use personal protective equipment and other safeguards as required. Must maintain good attendance and good housekeeping standards Must work well in a team environment
Working Conditions:
This position includes the ability to perform those activities to complete the essential functions of the job, either with or without reasonable accommodation. The position includes continuous and/or frequent talking, repetitive motions of hand/wrists, hearing and handling. Mental activities performed by the employee in this position include decision making, interpersonal skills, teamwork, creativity, customer service, mentoring, use of discretion, presentations/teaching, problem analysis, negotiation, and the ability to perform math and to read, write, speak and understand English. Physical activities may include standing, walking, stooping, twisting, climbing, balancing, kneeling, bending, crawling, reaching, grasping, fingering, repetitive motions of hands and wrists, sitting, hearing, and lifting/pushing/pulling or carrying objects up to 50 pounds. Work is primarily indoors in an office environment or in a manufacturing facility. Hard allocation and final reporting to be performed for all departments with the exception of QC, Shipping & SpaceX Bonding. Works with Production, IT, and Accounting. Columbia River Gorge Lifestyle Requirements:
Work Environment / Physical Requirements This role is primarily performed in a manufacturing environment and includes regular standing, walking, bending, reaching, lifting, and hands-on interaction with equipment and machinery.
