$25

• $40 / HR depending on industry experience.

Quarterly Bonus opportunity:

Up to $2,000 a quarter

If you are interested in joining a growing aerospace company that values their employees and invests in their career growth, please keep reading...Due to the company's growth Lynn Welding is looking for an experienced TIG Welder with 3-5 years of aerospace welding exposure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform Layout, setup and fixture for welding jobs.
• Manual GTAW (TIG) Welding of aerospace components. Must be experienced in thin aluminum, Inconel and stainless.
• Maintain a clean work environment.
• Inspect your own work as you go to ensure consistent quality output.
• Work in a fast-paced environment driven by customer demand.
• Must be able to produce XRAY quality welds and pass welder qualification tests.
• Support your fellow team members and the company goals.
• Maintain company safety standards throughout production process.

Qualifications:

• Tig Welder Aerospace (3-5 years experience). (preferred)
• Must be a highly skilled welder.
• Must be highly skilled working with thin metals.
• Must be familiar with inspection equipment such as but not limited to; dial calipers, micrometers, height gauges, go-no-go gauges, measuring tapes.
• Familiarity with first piece inspection procedures.
• Experience in an aerospace manufacturing work environment: Aerospace tig welding: 3 years (Required) Blueprint reading: 3 years (Required) Metal fabrication: 3 years (Required)

Grinding & Deburring:

3 years (Preferred)
