Job Description

TFMM is seeking an experienced and highly organized Inventory Specialist to oversee purchasing, reordering, warehouse inventory management, and inventory accuracy across operations. This role is ideal for someone who pays close attention to detail, works efficiently without constant supervision, and takes ownership of inventory operations. Responsibilities Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock counts Reorder products based on inventory movement, demand, and purchasing schedules Receive and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and quality Conduct regular inventory counts and audits Perform pricing and label verification checks Track and minimize shrinkage, discrepancies, and inventory loss Maintain organized warehouse and inventory systems Update and manage inventory records using ERP systems and Google Sheets Coordinate with management regarding low stock, purchasing needs, and inventory concerns Ensure inventory processes are completed accurately and on time Qualifications Previous experience in inventory management, purchasing, or warehouse operations required Strong organizational and time-management skills High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Experience using ERP systems and Google Sheets Strong problem-solving and communication skills Ability to manage multiple responsibilities while maintaining accuracy and consistency What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who is: Highly organized and detail-oriented Reliable and accountable Accurate and consistent in their work Proactive in identifying inventory issues before they become problems Comfortable taking ownership of responsibilities Able to maintain strong inventory standards without constant supervision This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for an experienced individual who can step into the role and contribute immediately.
Pay:
$24.00 - $28.00 per hour
