IT Repair/Test Technician

Job Summary We are hiring Repair Technicians to support the repair and troubleshooting of computer servers and electronic components in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for candidates with technical troubleshooting experience, electronics knowledge, or computer hardware repair experience . You will be responsible for identifying issues, repairing components, and ensuring servers meet quality standards before being shipped. What You'll Do Troubleshoot and repair computer servers and electronic components Diagnose hardware issues using testing tools and diagnostic software Replace or repair defective parts such as boards, cables, and connectors Perform basic soldering work when needed to repair components Follow repair procedures and technical documentation Document repair results and maintain accurate records Work with production and quality teams to resolve technical issues Maintain a clean and organized workstation Requirements High School Diploma or GED Experience with soldering and electronic component repair Basic knowledge of computer hardware and electronics troubleshooting Experience or familiarity with Linux operating systems Basic knowledge of Python (preferred) Ability to follow technical instructions and repair procedures Comfortable working with computers and diagnostic tools Strong attention to detail Preferred Experience Candidates with experience in the following are encouraged to apply: Computer or laptop repair Server or hardware troubleshooting Electronics repair or testing IT support or help desk Manufacturing repair technician roles Technical certifications (A+, electronics, etc.)

$20.50 - $24.00 per hour
