$18.90/hr - $20.89/hr dependant on experience Paid Sick Time Employee Assistance Program What You'll Get Out of It 1:1 mentorship from senior engineers Real-world experience with security tools, patch management, and server admin A chance to take ownership of workflows and show what you can do Responsibilities What You'll Be Doing Supporting Windows 10/11 + Active Directory environments Troubleshooting hardware & software issues like a pro Helping with patching, endpoint protection, and server/network tasks Keeping track of devices, licenses, and IT assets Jumping into cool infrastructure projects with senior engineers On any given day, you will tackle a diverse range of tasks—from high-volume helpdesk tickets to complex server configurations. Qualifications Who We're Looking For Current student or recent grad in IT, CS, or a related field Basic knowledge of Windows Server, AD, and Office 365 Comfortable with Excel + networking basics (DNS, DHCP, IP addressing) Problem-solver with good vibes and solid follow‑through Company Website
