Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and proactive IT Technician to support and maintain our technology infrastructure across multiple restaurant locations, corporate offices, and central kitchen.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including hardware and software across stores and offices. Install, configure, and troubleshoot networks, routers, switches, printers, POS systems, and mobile devices. Serve as the main point of contact with technology vendors (internet providers, phone services, POS systems, delivery platforms, and surveillance systems). Provide technical support and resolve system issues promptly to minimize operational downtime. Maintain and update operational and administrative tools in cloud-based platforms. Manage menus, pricing, and product updates across POS systems and food delivery platforms.
Qualifications:
Experience in IT support, networking, or similar role. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple locations and prioritize tasks. Familiarity with POS systems and cloud-based tools is a plus. Responsabilidades:
Gestionar y mantener hardware y software en sucursales y oficinas. Instalar, configurar y dar soporte a redes, ruteadores, switches, impresoras, sistemas POS y dispositivos móviles. Fungir como enlace con proveedores de servicios tecnológicos (internet, telefonía, plataformas de delivery, sistemas POS y videovigilancia). Brindar soporte técnico y resolver incidencias para asegurar la continuidad de la operación. Actualizar y mantener herramientas y formatos operativos en la nube. Administrar menús, precios y productos en sistemas POS y plataformas digitales.
Requisitos:
Experiencia en soporte técnico o puesto similar. Habilidades de resolución de problemas y atención a incidencias. Capacidad de organización y manejo de múltiples sucursales. Conocimiento en sistemas POS y herramientas en la nube (deseable). Inglés básico/intermedio (preferente).
