Company Overview Right Shine Janitorial LLC has been providing exceptional commercial janitorial services since 2007. Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and dependable Janitor to join our team for evening shifts on Sundays, Tuesdays and Fridays for 4 -4.5 hours. This role offers an energetic environment where you will ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of commercial facilities, contributing to a safe and welcoming space for clients and staff alike. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of all designated areas, including floors, restrooms, offices, and common spaces using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies Conduct floor care tasks such as sweeping and mopping Handle custodial duties efficiently, including trash removal, dusting, disinfecting surfaces, and restocking supplies Maintain cleanliness standards by following established procedures for commercial cleaning and industrial cleaning tasks Request supplies Use proper safety protocols during cleaning activities to ensure a safe work environment Document completed tasks and report any maintenance or safety concerns promptly Requirements Prior janitorial or custodial experience in commercial or industrial settings is preferred Knowledge of cleaning techniques including floor care and buffing equipment operation Ability to work independently with minimal supervision on evening shifts Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks that may involve standing, bending, lifting, and operating cleaning machinery Familiarity industrial cleaning is advantageous but not required Join us in delivering top-tier janitorial services that make a difference!
