Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including floors, restrooms, offices, and common spaces using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies Conduct floor care procedures such as buffing, stripping, waxing, and polishing to maintain a professional appearance Handle custodial tasks like trash removal, dusting, window cleaning, and sanitizing surfaces to uphold hygiene standards Assist with facilities maintenance duties including minor repairs or reporting larger issues to the appropriate team Support industrial cleaning projects when required, utilizing specialized equipment for deep cleaning tasks Maintain cleanliness logs and report any safety hazards or maintenance needs promptly Follow safety protocols and use personal protective equipment to ensure a safe working environment Skills Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or custodial services within commercial or residential settings Knowledge of floor care techniques such as buffing, stripping, waxing, and polishing Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment and supplies Ability to perform routine maintenance tasks and assist with basic facilities upkeep Strong attention to detail with a focus on thoroughness and efficiency Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Join us in creating clean, safe spaces that make a positive impact every day!
