Our team is dedicated to delivering top-quality cleaning services with professionalism and pride. Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Janitorial Tech to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation across various commercial and industrial facilities. Your energetic approach will ensure environments are safe, spotless, and welcoming for clients and staff alike. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies Conduct floor care tasks such as sweeping, mopping, buffing, and polishing to maintain a pristine appearance Handle custodial duties including trash removal, dusting, window cleaning, and surface sanitation Assist with industrial cleaning projects when needed, ensuring high standards of hygiene are met Support facilities maintenance activities such as minor repairs or reporting larger issues to management Use proper safety procedures during all cleaning tasks to ensure a safe work environment Maintain detailed records of completed tasks and report any facility concerns promptly Requirements Prior janitorial or custodial experience preferred; experience in commercial or industrial cleaning is a plus Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and effectively Strong attention to detail with a proactive attitude toward maintaining cleanliness standards Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods throughout the shift Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset Reliable with a strong work ethic and commitment to quality service Join us to be part of a dedicated team that values hard work, professionalism, and the pride of creating clean environments every day!
