Jr. Quality Specialist - Day Shift

Summary:

According to the inspection documents, the process quality is monitored and inspected, the inspection report is written, the abnormal problems of the process quality are summarized, and the analysis and improvement are organized; the work of the team personnel is regularly evaluated and the personnel are regularly trained. Job Description Role and Responsibilities Interpret engineering drawings, specifications, schematic diagrams, or formulas Select products for tests at specified stages in production process Test products for qualities such as dimensions, performance, or mechanical characteristics Record test data observe in-process operations to ensure compliance with customer specifications Assembling products and parts. Following production guidelines and specifications. Finalizing and packaging products for shipment. Monitoring the assembly line and removing faulty products. Reporting any issues to the team leader or supervisor on duty.

Perform visual inspection of finished goods to ensure compliance with customer specifications calibrate lab equipment to conform to legal and manufacturing requirements Observe in-process operations to ensure compliance with customer specifications for manufacturing such as pre-heating pipe, hydro testing, and roundness. Education and/or Experience Requirements High school graduate or equivalent. Prior experience in quality assurance preferred. Ability to work in a team environment. Works well and cooperates with others in a team environment to get the job done and to meet production goals. Willingness to cross train in support of another team.
