Responsibilities Wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment while maintaining health and safety standards Assist with basic food preparation tasks such as peeling, chopping, and ingredient assembly under supervision Clean kitchen surfaces, floors, storage areas, and dining spaces to maintain a hygienic and organized environment Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures consistently Support kitchen staff by ensuring clean dishes and equipment are always available during service Assist with general kitchen organization and daily cleaning duties Qualifications Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality environments is preferred but not required Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced team environment Basic knowledge of food handling and sanitation practices is a plus Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks Reliable, punctual, hardworking, and team-oriented Positive attitude and strong communication skills Growth Opportunity This position is ideal for individuals eager to build a strong culinary foundation while contributing to a vibrant hospitality environment.
