Kitchen Staff - Lake Martin Waterfront Restaurant & Bar

Lake Martin Beach Club is a high-volume waterfront restaurant, bar and live music venue at Lake Martin. We are looking for kitchen staff that can move fast, stay organized and handle pressure when the rush hits. This is NOT a fine dining kitchen where tickets take 30 minutes and everybody stands around decorating plates. We are building a fast-moving kitchen focused on speed, consistency and teamwork. The menu is built around flatbreads, wings, tenders, fried seafood, loaded tots, sandwiches and shareables. The kitchen is designed for volume and will get extremely busy during summer weekends. You do NOT have to be a trained chef to work here. We care way more about work ethic, attitude, hustle and reliability than fancy restaurant experience. We need people that can move with urgency, stay clean and keep a good attitude when things get hectic. Responsibilities include preparing food quickly and consistently, stocking and cleaning stations, handling rushes, communicating with the team and helping keep the kitchen organized. You should be comfortable working on your feet for long shifts and willing to work weekends and holidays. If you are lazy, constantly on your phone, disappear during rushes or move slow under pressure, this is probably not the place for you. Pay:
