Landscape and Grounds Keeping

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Landscape Professional to ensure that all facilities and grounds are well-maintained, safe, and aesthetically pleasing. Tasks include lawn care, tree care, grounds keeping and hardscape projects. Duties Utilize hand tools and equipment for various maintenance tasks. Perform routine lawn care including mowing, fertilizing, and irrigating. Assist in tree trimming and care to promote healthy growth. Engage in snow plowing during winter months to ensure safe access. Support hardscape projects by digging, building, and maintaining outdoor structures. Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs. Collaborate with the maintenance team to complete assigned projects efficiently. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Qualifications Proven mechanical knowledge with experience using hand tools. Familiarity with lawn care practices and equipment operation. Experience in tree care, including trimming and maintenance techniques. Ability to perform physical tasks such as digging and lifting heavy materials. Knowledge of hardscape installation and maintenance is a plus. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols. Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
