Landscape Crew Leader

Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and personable Landscape Crew Leader to join our team-oriented crew in delivering high-quality outdoor transformations. In this role, you will play an important role in assisting with a diverse range of projects, including mulching, installation of new lawns using loam, brush clearing, tree trimming, and the construction of hardscape and retaining walls. This position offers an opportunity to develop professional expertise in the landscaping industry while working outdoors on projects that directly enhance property value and client satisfaction. After First Month $2 pay raise and bonuses Lead a crew to complete a job Be personable and talk to clients Be able to understand the job based on a description and complete it to standard Drive, backup, and operate a truck and trailer Operate machines such as a loader, a tractor, and a backhoe Communicate effectively with crew members Be able to assess a property and give accurate estimates Jobsite Duties Assist with laying down various materials such as mulch, loam, and rock Perform landscape maintenance, including brush clearing, pruning trees, and cutting trees Support hardscape projects by laying pavers or stone Assist with putting up retaining walls Maintain a clean and organized job site Follow safety procedures and company standards at all times Ensure properties are left clean and professional upon completion Help with snow plowing during the winter months Qualifications Driver's license required Preferred manual labor experience (landscaping, roofing, construction, concrete) Basic mechanical knowledge and familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in landscaping Ability to operate equipment such as excavators or other small machinery is a plus but not required

Pay:

$18.00 - $22.00 per hour
