Landscape Enhancement Crew Leader

Christian Brothers Outdoor Services is looking for an Landscape Enhancement Crew Leader to lead day-to-day field production on landscape enhancement projects. This person will work hands-on with the crew while setting the pace, maintaining quality, and making sure jobs are completed safely and efficiently. Responsibilities Lead a crew on enhancement projects such as planting, mulch, sod, grading, drainage, and landscape improvements Start each day with a clear plan and keep the crew productive Maintain quality, efficiency, and jobsite organization Communicate with supervisors about progress, delays, and material needs Train and coach crew members in the field Enforce safety standards and proper equipment use Represent the company professionally on the jobsite Qualifications Experience in landscape construction, enhancements, or related field work Crew leader or foreman experience preferred Able to lead while working hands-on with the crew Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Valid driver's license required Able to work outdoors and lift 50+ lbs What We're Looking For We want someone who leads by example, takes ownership, communicates well, values quality, and wants to grow with a strong team.

Pay:

$20.00 - $27.00 per hour
