We are Missouri owned and operated with a strong culture and work ethic. Current growth has placed us in need of an individual to lead our landscape division crews.

Duties:

• Supervise and lead a team of landscape workers in performing various tasks
• Maintain accurate timekeeping for crews
• Maintain quality standards for all jobs
• Ensure the proper use and maintenance of landscaping tools and equipment
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion
• Adhere to safety guidelines and promote a safe working environment

Skills:

• Extensive knowledge and experience in landscape maintenance, mowing techniques, as well as spring and fall services
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate a team
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
• Attention to detail to ensure high-quality workmanship
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
• Knowledge of groundskeeping practices and techniques
