Job Description
Sales Professional - Landscape Maintenance & Project Sales Pro-Mow Lawn Care & Landscaping | Charleston, IL Build a Career Where Growth Matters Pro-Mow Lawn Care & Landscaping, the leading landscape maintenance and installation provider in the Charleston area, is seeking a motivated Sales Professional to join our growing team. This role is responsible for driving both recurring maintenance contracts and project-based landscape/hardscape sales for commercial and residential clients. You'll manage your own pipeline from prospecting through close, with support from a strong operations team. If you're an experienced outside sales professional who enjoys building relationships, identifying opportunities, and closing both long-term service agreements and one-time projects, this is an opportunity to grow your career with a company that invests in your success.
Compensation & Benefits Base Salary:
$50,000-$60,000 + Uncapped Commission Simple IRA Plus Retirement with 3% Company Match Company provided vehicle Paid Holidays + PTO Career Growth & Professional Development Opportunities What You'll Do Generate and close maintenance contracts (commercial & residential) Sell landscape and hardscape installation projects Prospect and develop new business through networking and outreach Meet with clients to assess property needs and recommend both service and project solutions Prepare and present proposals, estimates, and contracts Build and maintain long-term customer relationships Track leads and customer data in CRM systems Follow up consistently to drive conversions and maximize close rates Represent the company at local events, home shows, and networking opportunities Collaborate with operations teams to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction What We're Looking For 2+ years of outside sales experience (required) Experience in landscape, hardscape, or construction-related sales (preferred) Proven ability to sell service-based work Strong communication, presentation, and closing skills Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple bids and accounts Comfortable using CRM systems (Salesforce) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Professional, outgoing, and customer-focusedPay:
