This full-time exempt position will report to our Vice President at our Corporate Office in Mattoon, IL. This position works closely with ISS leadership to strategize and develop long-term marketing plans that increase brand visibility and community engagement. Compensation & Benefits:

Competitive salary of $50,000 annually

Ideal Candidate We are looking for individuals with impeccable customer service and communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for working in a progressive, people-centric environment. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with company objectives and enhance ISS's brand presence. Oversee content creation, proofing, scheduling, and posting across various social media platforms to maximize engagement. Manage and create graphic design materials that maintain brand consistency and professionalism. Lead the marketing team in producing compelling job postings and employer branding initiatives. Conduct market research to identify new marketing opportunities and measure ROI on campaigns and initiatives. Collaborate with field teams to support local marketing efforts and employer branding strategies. Plan and execute marketing events, sponsorships, and industry partnerships to drive brand awareness. Develop and deliver internal and external presentations to communicate brand messaging and marketing performance. Ensure consistent distribution of marketing materials across ISS locations. Track and analyze KPIs to assess campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed. Attend weekly strategy meetings and contribute innovative ideas to improve marketing impact. Requirements Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Minimum of 1-3 years of marketing experience, preferably in a management or leadership role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Strong experience in Adobe Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop); knowledge of Premier Pro is a plus. Deep understanding of social media management, analytics, and content strategy. Ability to analyze data, track KPIs, and optimize marketing campaigns based on performance. Professional appearance, strong leadership skills, and excellent communication abilities. Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation (occasional travel to ISS locations required).
