We are a growing upscale, busy Mcallen Tx Medical Spa that specializes in cutting edge Med Spa Treatments. We are looking for part-time as full time licensed Laser Technician/Esthetician. The ideal candidate must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, be meticulous, possess the very best customer service skills while displaying a positive and friendly attitude, must be able to multitask and educate customers on additional treatments. Skin treatments would include but are not limited to; Laser Hair removal, IPL, Pixel, Laser resurfacing, Fractional, chemical peels, HydraFacial, laser hair removal, and ultrasound facial contouring. Experience a plus. Additional functions to be performed include patient charting, sterilizing equipment, and cleaning the work area. We will offer development of your skill set under the supervision of our Laser Professional. Competitive pay based on experience and skill level. Will provide training on additional treatments that are required and laser platform. Requirements Current laser license and certificates required for TX Full understanding of Fitzpatrick for all skin types Open minded for further education and expansion of skill set Good sense of symmetry, balance relating to aesthetics Previous Med Spa experience not required but preferred. Excellent communication skills Spanish and English, highest level of customer service, compliant standards of care for both written and sanitation according to TX law Ability to focus on detail, medical charting completion- extremely important Possess the ability to achieve optimal results for patients while providing the very best customer service Ensure the safety of our clients at all times Multi-task in a fast paced environment Opportunity to grow with our company
