High School Exchange Programs Location:
Remote, within assigned region ICES is seeking an experienced and self-motivated Regional Representative (Independent Contractor to support regional placement efforts for our J1 High School Exchange Program . This role focuses on recruiting, guiding Local Coordinators, and helping promote successful student placements across your assigned region.What You'll Do:
Recruit within your region and support outreach efforts. Assist with identifying volunteer host families and facilitating student placements. Support placement progress and help the region meet program deadlines and compliance requirements. Collaborate with the Placement Department to promote successful placements. Share placement activity updates as needed. Maintain a working knowledge of U.S. Department of State regulations, CSIET Standards and ICES program guidelines.What We're Looking For:
5+ years of experience with a J1 High School Exchange Program . Experience recruiting, guiding, or supporting others (preferred). Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills. Knowledge of Department of State regulations and CSIET Standards. Self-motivated, able to work independently, and able to manage multiple priorities. About the Role This is a 1099 Independent Contractor role. Contractors set their own schedules and determine their own methods for achieving results. This role does not include employee benefits.Job Type:
