This position involves overseeing the daily activities of inmates, ensuring compliance with facility rules, and promoting a safe environment for both staff and inmates. The ideal candidate will possess strong conflict management skills and a commitment to upholding the law while demonstrating professionalism at all times. Duties Monitor inmate behavior and enforce facility regulations to maintain order. Conduct regular inspections of the facility, including surveillance via CCTV systems. Respond promptly to incidents or emergencies, applying first aid and CPR as necessary. Document daily activities, incidents, and inmate interactions through detailed report writing. Facilitate communication between inmates and staff while addressing any conflicts that arise. Participate in training sessions related to law enforcement practices and conflict resolution techniques. Assist in the rehabilitation process by providing support and guidance to inmates. Experience Previous experience in law enforcement or a military background is preferred but not required. We will train the right candidate to meet the skills that we need. Strong report writing skills are essential for documenting incidents accurately. Experience in conflict management techniques will be beneficial for maintaining order within the facility.
