$40,000.00 to $$42,500.00 Depending on Experience Centurion Forensic Health Services (FHS) is currently seeking a full-time Specialty Court Clinician (LICSW, LCSW, LMHC) to serve the Trial Courts Recovery & Emerging Adults (18-25 years of age) programs at Lowell District Court in Lowell, MA.Schedule:
20 hours per week working between the hours of 8:00am to 4:30pm Monday through Friday (flexible with work schdule)Job Resonsibilities:
Clinical screening of all Recovery and Emerging Adult Court referrals using evidence-based assessment tools; Motivational interviewing and client centered treatment planning; Outreach and referrals to treatment programs; Case management and regular contact with participants using evidence-based approaches to support recovery and reduce recidivism in partnership with probation (who supervise court-ordered conditions) and other criminal justice personnel; Work collaboratively with community providers to obtain weekly reports of participant's status; Organization and tracking of participant's progress throughout the program; provide weekly testimony to the court on participants' status; Data collection and maintenance of court files We offer excellent compensation and comprehensive benefits for our full-time team members including: Health, dental, vision, disability and life insurance 401(k) with company match Generous paid time off Paid holidays Flexible Spending Account Continuing Education benefits Much more...Qualifications:
Current and active license in the state ofMassachusetts:
LICSW, LCSW, LMHC
(other credentials may be considered) Multilingual candidates encouraged to apply; Spanish, Portuguese and Russian are a plus. We offer incentives for multilingual candidates. Demonstrate exceptional communication and writing skills. Have experience working with individuals with mental health and co-occurring disorders. Be able to work collaboratively on a multidisciplinary team. Willingness to travel within the State as needed. Possess a valid driver's license with access to reliable transportation.
